A full weekly calendar of Yoga classes are listed below.

Descriptions of Yoga / Fitness Styles
• Astanga Yoga: Strengthen and lengthen, series of postures - realign body
• Gentle Yoga: Basic yoga postures, stretch for all levels
• Kundalini: Uses energy - raise yoga awareness through breathing, stretching and holding a pose
• Limbercize: Designed for people age 55 and older. Uses a complete range of motion - maximize flexibility in order - improve muscle tone
• Pilates: Concentrates on the core muscles, abdominals and lower back; class consists of a series of mat exercises using a combination of stretch and isometric contractions
• Light Pilates: Beginner - intermediate level
• Pilates Plus: Advanced Pilates exercises for experienced level Pilates
• Pilates with weights: All levels of Pilates incorporating hand-held props - use - stretch and focus on the core
• Restorative: Uses props - help still and soothe the mind
• T'ai Chi: Uses slow, concentrated movements and shifting of body weight - produce better balance, strength and stability
• Vinyasa Yoga: Flowing postures for all levels
Yoga / Fitness Class Rates
• Single Class - $16.50
• 10 Classes - $150 (90 Days)
• 20 Classes - $285 (180 Days)
• Monthly Unlimited - $165
Wainwright House members get a 15% discount on all yoga classes unless noted. To become a member, click here.

All yoga and fitness classes are run by the Rye YMCA. The classes are free to Rye YMCA members unless otherwise noted. Call 914-967-6363 for more details. Minimum age to participate is 16 for yoga classes.
