Wainwright House programs fill quickly and lodging has limited availability. We suggest you register as early as possible. To guarantee your participation in a program, we require advance registration and full payment. We offer many different methods for registering.

At the Door: Walk-in registrations are available only for single evening programs. If you plan to pay at the door, please call before 4:00 pm to confirm that space is still available. We cannot guarantee seating without advance payment. Member discount is not available for walk-in registration. |
| Confirmation notices will be sent for online registration only. If you do not receive a confirmation notice, please call us. Please arrive half an hour before the program begins and check-in at the front desk of the Main House. If there is no attendant at the front desk, please go directly to the meeting room for your program as listed on the flip chart in front hall of Main House. |
| Cancellations and Refunds |
| Please read the following cancellation policy carefully. Wainwright House is unable to make exceptions to the policy. The cancellation policy applies to tuition, meals and lodging. |
| If Wainwright House cancels a course, a full refund will be given. A registrar will notify you if a course is cancelled. Please give us a daytime and evening phone number. |
| If you do not show up for a program you have registered for, there are no refunds or credits given for single evening events or mini-workshops (less than $55). For other programs, refunds or credits, less an administration fee, are available if you cancel at least 7 days before the program begins. |
| If you decide to cancel your registration more than 5 days before the program begins, administration fees are: $25 for tuition, meals and lodging totaling up to $200. $35 for tuition, meals and lodging totaling over $200. Credits are valid for one year from date of issue and may be used for programs only. No refund or credit will be given if you cancel less than 5 days before the program begins, or if you do not show up or leave early for any reason. |
