| At the Door: Walk-in registrations are only available for programs lasting one day/evening or less. If you plan to register at the door, please call before 5:00 pm the previous day to ensure space availability. |
| Please arrive 15 minutes before the program starts to check-in, especially if you have not paid in advance. |
| Cancellations and Refunds |
| Please read the following carefully as Wainwright House cannot make exceptions to its cancellation policy which applies to program tuition, meals and lodging. |
| No refunds will be offered if you do not show up, are late, leave early from a program, or cancel less than 7 days in advance of a program. |
| If you cancel more than 7 days in advance of a program, you will receive a refund less a 20% administrative fee based on the price of the program. |
