About The Event
In this innovative workshop we will create, explore, move and meditate. Through art making and yoga we will travel to our hearts through our hands and bodies as the vehicle for understanding and expressing our authenticity. We will utilize the highly experiential methodology of the Daring Way ™ based on the research of Dr. Brene´ Brown, focusing on developing resilience skills and practices that help us show up with more courage, compassion and connection in our lives.
