Inwardly-Focused Outwardly-Effective Leadership Workshop with Joyce Schroeder of Flourishing Culture Consultants

Mind-Mapping with Corinne Trang

Mind-mapping is a time-management tool that allows you to create, develop and achieve short- and long-term goals. Used in business for decades, it is a way to put your thoughts on paper so you can better assess your wants and needs.

Visually appealing, mind-maps are instantly engaging, allowing you to plough and filter through obstacles. A fun technique that opens the mind and heart to possibilities, mind-mapping promotes positive action. As you progress, the very things that are truly important to you reveal themselves. It is an exercise in mindfulness that you can apply to your overall health including life-work balance.
