Our 30-minute meditation classes reinforce the simple notion that by learning to quiet our  mind, we are better able to filter out distractions and  make room for the things that matter most so that we can stay present and connected in everyday life. $5 Drop-In Fee

Learn to quiet your mind, tune into your senses and be present to what’s happening moment by moment instead of getting lost in the storyline of your thoughts. Through mindfulness exercises and meditation instruction you will gain a clearer awareness of your thoughts and emotions. Open to all.

HEARTFULNESS MEDITATION

 Experience what happens when you let your body breathe, bring your attention to your heart, and feel. Heartfulness offers a simple, effective method of meditation that is open to all.

GUIDED MEDITATION

FRIDAYS

10:45-11:15AM

This meditation offers a combination of instruction, guided meditation, and body centered inquiry. In honor of Wainwright's mission there is an emphasis on compassionate awareness and positive psychology. Open to all.
