Mindfulness Meditation Series: Level 2

NOW is the time to begin again, to deepen your practice and to access the clarity that leads to new habits. In this course, you will become aware of patterns, the things that are taking you away from your true self and keeping you from fully connecting with others. You will learn to let go of sticky thoughts and judgements so that you can clear our room for your new a way of being. As your awareness is heightened and reap the benefits of mindfulness meditation, we will be here as your guides to make this a regular part of your life.

About The Event:
Join Jackie and Beth for part 2 of their popular Mindfulness Meditation Series. With the same structure as level one, participants will learn to deepen their meditation practice. Level one is a pre-requisite for this course.
About The Instructors:
Jackie is a Mindfulness meditation instructor in the Buddhist Shamatha tradition. She has also studied Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and is certified to teach mindfulness techniques to children k-12. As a member of the Healing Arts Collective of Rye, she is part of a group of health and wellness professionals dedicated to helping community members manage stress, foster resilience and nurture well-being. Through the HAC, she has facilitated guided walking meditations for Rye teachers and residents. Mindfulness meditation has and continues to deeply enrich her life and Jackie is passionate about sharing this practice with others so they too can experience the fruits that mindfulness has to offer.
Beth is a mother of three boys, registered yoga instructor, mindfulness instructor and experienced School Psychologist. In her practice, Beth sees first-hand the positive impact a mindful and holistic approach to health and wellness can have. Beth is committed to bringing this work to individuals, families and the community to strengthen all three and help them reach their full potential.
