Washing your hands with soap and warm water for 20 seconds is one of the most effective ways to fight off illness. We invite you to try taking a mindful approach to your hand washing routine:

1. Be present & notice the sensation of the warm water & soap as you rub your hands together for 20 seconds.

2. Take slow, steady, even breaths.

3. Acknowledge this act of kindness to yourself and others.
