About the Event
This weekend retreat for learning new practices and deepening familiar ones is open to all, 15 years or older*. Participants will engage in activities grounded in the heart, joy and community while taking their practices from wherever they are to the next level.
Activities will include: Heartfulness Yoga classes (open to all levels); Introduction to Heartfulness Meditation, Relaxation, Rejuvenation and Contemplation, Diary Writing and Group Meditation; Deepening Your Practice Workshops; Personal Time.
Registration includes all meals (vegetarian), dormitory style accommodations, instruction and materials

- 4:30-6:00 Registration
- 6:00 Supper
- 7:30 Orientation and welcome followed by Heartfulness Yoga and Heartfulness Meditation
- 9:00 Universal Prayer for World Peace
Saturday October 12, 2019
- 6:00-7:30 Heartfulness Yoga & Rejuvenation
- 8:00 Breakfast
- 9:30 Group meditation
- 10:45 Activity: Getting to Know Each Other
- 11:30–12:15 Workshop: What is Yoga—to you? –A personal exploration
- 12:30 Lunch
- 2:30 The Mysteries of the Heart and the Mysteries of Art
- 3:30 Yoga—a Context for Living in a Crazy World
- 4:30 Optional Focused Workshop of Practice Essentials, especially for those new to Heartfulness
