Tricia Madden
A lifelong Westchester County resident, Tricia brings both her professional Human Resources background and her personal wellness practice to her role with Wainwright House. A graduate of the College of Holy Cross, she has a deep love of nature and the arts, is committed to her own ongoing spiritual growth, and is passionate about building communities where people can genuinely connect with one another.

Rachel Breinin
Vice President
Rachel is a former consultant to movie studios where she helped develop educational programs tied to such movies as Little Women, The Monuments Men, and The Boys in the Boat. For over 30 years, she has organized panel discussions focusing on current events, history and literature for universities, libraries, and museums across the country.

Kelly Jancski
Vice President
Kelly is an RYT-500 certified yoga teacher who has practiced yoga for over 20 years and led classes locally for more than a decade. She believes strongly in the power of people to transcend their comfort zones to learn and grow towards leading larger, happier, and more fulfilling lives. Kelly holds a master's degree in education and brings to Wainwright a long history of volunteerism in the community. Owner of the Etsy jewelry & apparel shop, Myfullbloomlife, she also enjoys water sports, hiking, gardening, music and travel.

Zack Salino
Co-Treasurer
Zack has been in the fashion industry for over forty years with a focus on branding and brand licensing. Sixteen years ago he started a boutique consulting firm specializing in both brand development and global sourcing & logistics. As a resident of White Plains, Zack served as president of the city-wide Council of Neighborhood Associations and is a founding member and treasurer of an ambitious Westchester museum development organization, The Living Museum of History & Art.

Tom Koltis
Co-Treasurer
Tom Koltis is an energy and infrastructure executive with deep finance and business experience, having led major renewable energy and sustainable development projects across the U.S. and Europe. Originally from Harrison, he recently returned to Westchester with his family after six years in London and is committed to supporting organizations that promote learning, stewardship, and community well-being.

Jennifer Saionz
Secretary
Jennifer is an attorney in the medical device industry. She is a Rye resident and the parent of students in Rye local schools. Jennifer joined the Wainwright House board because she is inspired by Wainwright House’s commitment to fostering personal growth and community building.

Martin Coghlan

William Meyer
Board Member
William Meyer is the Assistant Superintendent of Instruction, Assessment, and Student Success in the Eastchester School District, where he oversees curriculum development, student wellness, mental health initiatives, and college and career readiness. With a deep background in educational leadership, contemplative practice, and holistic learning, William is committed to fostering environments where individuals of all ages can grow intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. He is the author of several books on meditation and mindfulness, including Three Breaths and Begin, Big Breath, and Healing Breath, which reflect his dedication to helping others cultivate presence and inner peace. William has led teen and parent meditations, designed retreats for educators, and spearheaded transformative programs like the Rye Academy and the SOAR Wellness Center. His relationship with Wainwright House began in 2010 through the Rye YMCA Yoga Series and has since evolved through participation in solstice retreats, spiritual workshops, and visioning sessions. William views Wainwright as a sacred space for community, reflection, and growth—and is honored to support its mission as a Trustee.

Karina Wyllie
Board Member
Karina Wyllie is an entrepreneur, business leader, and community advocate with a track record of building purpose-driven organizations. She is the Founder and CEO of Koala Park Daycare, a boutique childcare company in Westchester, New York, recognized for its commitment to social-emotional learning and family-centered care. She holds a Master’s degree in Education, which informs her expertise in early childhood development and program design.
Prior to founding Koala Park, Karina spent over a decade in global marketing and communications roles at leading financial services firms, including MetLife and New York Life, where she specialized in brand strategy, multicultural marketing, and large-scale initiatives.
She is also the founder of SHE RISES, a women’s leadership community focused on connection, collaboration, and growth, and is a certified life and business coach supporting women in building aligned and impactful lives.
Originally from Argentina and now a Rye resident, Karina is deeply committed to giving back to her community and advancing initiatives that foster connection and meaningful impact. She serves on the Board of Wainwright House in support of its mission to cultivate personal growth, community engagement, and well-being
