Kids Yoga 3 & 4

Toddlers and preschoolers will engage in fun and dynamic breathing techniques, mantras, and yoga poses to promote creativity/play, self & social awareness, and self-regulation.

Teacher - Nicole Alexander

Nicole graduated from the YogaWorks Teacher Training and has an Ayurveda Wellness Counselor Certification from The Sevanti School. In addition, Nicole earned her MFA in Creative Nonfiction from Antioch University—Los Angeles. Nicole teaches yoga and mindfulness in Westchester County to adults and children. She is also a Writer.
