ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Iekelien Buurman has a background in the European corporate world and is a down to earth instructor. She has been teaching yoga for 12 years and loves to teach in a clear and straightforward way. As she was educated in different yoga styles, both in the Netherlands and the USA, she blends the workout in a way that feels just good for you with personalized solutions. The classes are sequenced thoughtfully and accessible for every – body! Location: This class will be held in person and online with zoom.
