About the Event
This workshop is designed for both the yoga student and yoga teacher. This workshop targets yogis dealing with chronic back (related) discomfort, pain, or stress. It is open to all student levels as well as yoga teachers.
9.30 – 9.45 am Welcome with Coffee and Tea
9.45 – 10.00 am What is Critical Alignment Yoga?
10.00 – 10.45 am Introduction to the Critical Alignment Yoga strip (upper back)
10.45 – 11.30 am Introduction to the Critical Alignment Yoga mat (lower back)
11.30 – 12.00 pm Break with a light snack
12.00 – 12.30 pm Introduction to the Critical Alignment Yoga Headstander
12.30 – 1.00 pm Wrap up, questions and what is next?
