DATE CHANGE - Relaxing Sound Bath 10/2

Friends, I would like to invite you to our relaxing and restorative Thursday Night Sound Bath.   Each week we will start with focused breathing and then lay down for a 50 minute Sound Bath.  The session will end with a Chakra Clearing Bija Mantra and then there will be time for a Q & A.  We will focus on the vibrational frequencies of  a different Chakra each week. 9/16  - Heart Chakra, 9/23 - Throat Chakra, 10/2 - Third-Eye Chakra, 10/7 - Crown Chakra.    We will experiment with the clinically tested Sound Formula, Sound + Intention = Healing.
