Wainwright House is a 501(c)(3) and an NGO associated with the United Nations Department of Public Information and in Consultative Status with ECOSOC.

 

DISABLED ACCESS

Individuals requiring assistance in order to participate in a program are asked to provide us with as much advance notice as possible. Ground-level lodging is available on a limited basis, with at least two weeks advance notice.

Participation in a program presented at Wainwright House is for educational purposes only and is in no way intended as a substitute for medical or psychological counseling or treatment. A user who believes their material was removed in error may submit a counter notice to the same address, including their name, address, telephone number, a statement under penalty of perjury that they believe the material was removed by mistake, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in their district.
 

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Fees for classes, workshops, weddings, and other events are due as specified at the time of registration or booking. Deposits for private events and lodging are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

Refund eligibility, if any, depends on the timing of the cancellation and the type of program or event, as outlined at registration. Wainwright House reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class, workshop, or event, in which case registered participants will be offered a refund.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wainwright House, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or participation in any program, event, or activity offered by Wainwright House. This includes, without limitation, damages related to loss of data, personal injury, or property damage, except where such liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Use of this website and participation in any Wainwright House program is at the user's own discretion and risk.
