About the Event
Join us for a deeply restorative Evening Sound Bath led by Karin Reetz at Wainwright House. Through the healing vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, and other sound healing instruments, Karin will guide you into a meditative state that promotes relaxation, balance, and inner peace. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional release, or simply a moment of stillness, this immersive experience will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else that makes you comfortable while you unwind in the serene ambiance of Wainwright House. No prior experience is necessary, just come as you are and allow the sound to wash over you.
Please Note: Registration is required and closes 24 hours before the event start. A minimum of six participants is needed. If we don’t reach that number, we’ll be in touch about rescheduling or refunds.
