Flowing with Money

This workshop includes a vinyasa flow, seated mediation, and a guided group conversation about our relationship with money. It is recommended to bring a blanket or cushion to sit on.

From a place of compassion and non-judgement, we will examine some of our habits, attitudes, and beliefs around money. You will connect with your body and breath, cultivating a centered and open mindset before participating in a transformative money discussion.

You will learn:

• That talking about money with your peers doesn’t have to be awkward—and can even lead to opportunities
• Your money habit strengths and weaknesses and a deep dive into how they became a part of you
• Which of the 8 money archetypes you are
• How to release what is not serving you and gain clarity on what you want from your money future

Price: $35 for non-members, $30 for members.
