About the Event
Join our Wainwright House instructors as they lead classes in Sound Bath, QiGong, Therapeutic Yoga, Meditation, Nature Therapy Walk*, and Breathwork Healing*. You'll participate in two 45 minute classes and enjoy refreshments and an optional historical tour.
