About the Event
Connect with nature as a source for healing and gratitude.
End your week with a gorgeous sunset on the sound and bathe in the beauty of the Wainwright grounds. Gather with a caring community as we unpack the stress of our daily lives with gentle stretches, guided breathing, walking meditation, sit spot practice and sharing as a community. Cindy will share some interesting stories about the flora and fauna of the Wainwright grounds to deepen your connection with the land you spend your time unwinding on. You will have the option to enjoy a healing seasonal tea or you can bring your own beverage to enjoy together. We’ll move into our weekend with clear minds and connected hearts.
We will follow COVID safety protocols, including face masks and social distance.
Activities: Gentle standing yoga stretches, centering breath exercises, walking outdoor meditation, seated outdoor meditation, journaling, optional tea ceremony.
