Charlotte Cwikowski:

For Charlotte yoga is more than a practice, it is a way of being and an essential part of who she is. Yoga has been a part of her daily routine since 2016, and now her day never feels complete without at least one sun salutation, and usually more than that! Charlotte completed her 200RYT certification with My Vinyasa Practice in 2020. She currently teaches at two yoga studios, Kaia Yoga and YogaSpark, both based in Mamaroneck, NY. Charlotte also worked for five years as a creative movement teacher at a public elementary school in NYC where she incorporated elements of yoga into her classes of children aged PreK-5th. She has led small group and private yoga sessions for children and adults. Charlotte is dedicated, committed, and passionate about teaching and sharing the practice of yoga with others. In her classes, she incorporates breath and movement to create sequences that are creative, challenging, and also calming. Outside of yoga (is there life outside of yoga?), Charlotte is a NYS certified elementary teacher currently working as a homeschool teacher for a family with two neurodiverse children. Charlotte loves going for morning runs in Manor Park, writing poetry, and making people smile.
