Creating the conditions for boys to become their happiest, healthiest selves – living each day with courage, curiosity, confidence, commitment, leaving them engaged and motivated as they become independent and productive young men.

Beth and Ann will provide parents with best practices for engaging, educating, and parenting boys of all ages. Each workshop includes effective parenting and engagement strategies combined with facilitated discussion. All are welcome.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS:

Beth Gallos, MA, CAS is a mother of three boys, registered yoga instructor, mindfulness instructor and experienced School Psychologist. In her practice, Beth sees first-hand the positive impact a mindful and holistic approach to health and wellness can have. Beth is committed to bringing this work to individuals, families and the community to strengthen all three and help them reach their full potential.

Ann Magalhaes, MBA has been leading parenting courses and workshops since 2008. She trained - and worked with - The Parent Practice in London until 2013 when she moved to Rye. She has since taught the Positive Parenting Course and workshops in NYC, and in Westchester and Fairfield Counties.
