About the Event


Join us at Wainwright House for an evening that blends awareness, conversation, and community.


The evening will be facilitated by Fiona Jalinoos, C-IAYT, a certified Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher with over 30 years of experience. Fiona will begin with a short grounding yoga and breathwork practice, then guide a dynamic panel discussion with:

  • Lisa McDonald, MPH — Director of Health Policy and Advocacy at The 'Pause Life

  • Lauren A. Tetenbaum, LCSW, JD, PMH-C — Licensed clinical social worker, reproductive mental health specialist, and author of Millennial Menopause: Preparing for Perimenopause, Menopause, and Life’s Next Period

  • Dr. Victoria Colón, PT, DPT — Pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapist
