Imagine a warm, supportive environment where it will feel safe to explore your shadow, gain wisdom into your behavior and the behavior of others, be community-held, and gain the tools and resources to begin experiencing emotional freedom.

 

Our shadow is any aspect of our humanity that we have disowned, suppressed or hidden.  We project our shadow onto others in the form of blame, judgment, admiration, awe, envy...etc.  Shadow work creates wholeness through exploring our hidden aspects, integrating its wisdom, and reclaiming our power. 

 

How shadow work can liberate you:  Your joy and aliveness are in the same container as your pain and shame.  To the extent that you can feel and heal your pain, you will be able to access more of your joy and aliveness.

 

Workshop Description

For spiritual seekers willing to take personal responsibility for their lives, this shadow workshop will distill the teachings of Carl Jung and Debbie Ford, giving participants a felt experience of healing several shadows, through guidance and meditations, to unleash their personal power.

 

The workshop will include teachings, meditations, journaling, yoga, and laser coaching (optional) for participants to experience breakthroughs in many aspects of their life.

About the Instructor: 

Since 2004, Fereshta has been utilizing the transformational power of shadow work in her coaching sessions and in her music.  Under the direct guidance of Debbie Ford, the CEO and Founder of The Ford Institute, she found Carl Jung's work on the shadow to be revelational and deeply healing.  This coaching method allowed her to uplevel her life and become an international recording artist, spiritual activist, music producer, and transformational coach.  With over 15 years of experience, and a leading expert on the shadow and its power to affect our daily behavior, and ultimately, our lives, she is able to dig deep and support evolutionary leaps with her coaching clients so they can be their own heroes and rock their one precious life.
