About the Event
Grounded Meditation is thrilled to bring you a very special South Bath on our beautiful lawn.
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and healing experience that calms your mind and body as you listen to the healing sounds of crystal and Himalayan bowls, chimes, gongs, drums and other instruments.
Please bring your own mat, blanket and any other props you desire.
All COVID guidelines will be followed, if it rains the event will be moved under the large tent.
