About the Event

This workshop is designed for women who have spent years showing up reliably for everyone around them and are ready to turn some of that attention inward.
Through guided writing prompts, meditations, and unhurried conversation in an intimate group, participants will take honest stock of where they are, acknowledge what this season of life is inviting them to explore, and reflect on who they still want to become.
No experience with journaling or meditation is needed. Sharing is always welcome and never required.
Participants will leave with greater clarity about what they want to move toward, renewed awareness of their own strengths, and one small experiment to explore in the month ahead.
