Sunset Yoga on the Sound 9/9

Join us for an outdoor yoga class. Relax and take in the beautiful views of the sound. This outdoor yoga class will be taught by Shari Balaish and will feature stretching and mediation.

Grab your yoga mat, any props and your favorite post-practice beverage.

The class has a minimum donation of $25. All proceeds benefit the Wainwright House.

Additional Safety Notes:

• Please bring your own yoga mat and props, for safety will not have mats available for use.
• To get to the lawn, you may walk through the house or go around back. Whichever you feel more comfortable with. Restrooms are available.
• The class is limited to 25 participants, and pre-registration is required.
