About the Event
Tai chi is an internal art, which stresses the integration and balance of mind and body. This tai chi class is presented in an easy to learn and accesible format. Participants will learn a routine of 12 movements. Performing tai chi can inspire and uplift one's body-mind-spirit, as well as promote inner health and feelings of well being.
