About the Event

This hands-on, in-depth, and advanced training is designed to take your yoga practice and teaching to the next level. You will be expertly guided by Paula Heitzner, Patty Holmes, and Susan J. Wright--3 Master Yoga Instructors, with a combined 100 years of yoga teaching experience.

In this 300 Hour Training, you will build upon foundational competencies learned in your 200hr training by deepening your knowledge of yoga, refining your teaching style, and honing in on your authentic voice.

Through the arc of this training we will bring you toward a position of leadership, beyond someone who is just teaching yoga classes. It is up to you to embody the Spirit of Yoga, but we will model this higher way of being every step of the way.

The training will be offered over a 15 month period, two Friday evenings per month and one all day session on Sunday, allowing plenty of time between classes to integrate the material and to keep your regular professional responsibilities.

We are committed to your growth and to keeping your passion soaring.
