1-Day Urban Escape For Women

The 1-day Urban Escape is designed for busy women in their 40s/50s. You can have a regular job, be self-employed or develop yourself in other ways. We want to energize and inspire, but also give a platform to connect and learn from each other by exchanging ideas on your business, or life questions. It’s so powerful to really connect and share thoughts, while being physically in the same room.

Program 10 am Welcome and Coffee/Tea 10.30 am Energizing and Revitalizing Yoga Session   A 90 minutes yoga session that will kick start your morning and inspire you to move through the rest of your day with intention and ease. This class unites body and breath by integrating rhythmic breathing with conscious movement. Led by Iekelien   12.00 am Veggie Lunch 13.00 - 13.30 pm Meditation and Breath Work   A guided meditation based on the mindfulness based stress reduction and breath work to promote deep and calm breathing to make you feel chill. Led by Iekelien  13.30 - 14.30 pm Inspiration and Spiritual Session   Guest speaker for this session is Lisa Palmer Greenspan. Together we will explore what may be holding us back from achieving our goals and life purpose. What are the blocks that get in our way and how can we empower ourselves to lead a life of abundance, purpose and inner peace. Yes, you can have it all! Let’s get real about your intentions and what may be holding us back from achieving our hopes and dreams   14.30 - 15.30 pm Round table   Every participant prepares a question about life or work. We will brainstorm on this for 5 minutes per person to generate ideas for everyone to take home.   15.30 - 16.00 pm Mimosas
