Together, we can make this season brighter for every family in our community.

Congressman, U.S. Representative for New York’s 16th District
George Latimer
A proud third-generation Westchester native and longtime Rye resident, Congressman George Latimer has spent his career championing the people and places that make our community special. For more than 35 years, he has served in roles from Rye City Council to County Executive—always known for his accessibility, bipartisanship, and genuine dedication to helping families thrive.
His leadership has protected the Long Island Sound, strengthened social services, supported local businesses, and guided Westchester through challenging moments with steadiness and care. Today, as the representative for New York’s 16th District, he continues to put community first, working every day to make life better for the residents of Westchester and the Bronx.

Award-Winning Baker & Season 4 Winner, The Great American Baking Show
Tina Zaccardi
Tina Zaccardi is a self-taught baker whose lifelong passion began in the kitchen alongside her mother and grandmother. What started as baking for family and friends grew into a remarkable journey—one that led her to enter (and win!) recipe contests, ultimately earning the national title of Season 4 Winner of The Great American Baking Show, the U.S. companion to The Great British Bake Off. She has since appeared on The Chew, The Today Show, New York Live, New York Living, and The Rachael Ray Show.
Now a proud Westchester resident, Tina pours her talent back into the community through recipe development, content creation, and teaching hands-on baking and pasta classes for groups of all sizes. She also creates custom cakes, cookies, and desserts for celebrations across Westchester and Connecticut, bringing her signature warmth and artistry to every project.
When she’s not in the kitchen, you’ll probably find her cheering on her favorite baseball team—still fueled by the same joy, heart, and creativity she brings to every bake.

Founder, Westchester Foodies & The WFRoundup
Claudia Ossa
Claudia Ossa has become one of Westchester’s most beloved champions of local food and community connection. After stepping away from a 20-year career in branding, she created Westchester Foodies, a positive, welcoming space that has grown into a 24,000+ member community dedicated to sharing great food and lifting each other up. Under her leadership, the group has raised thousands of dollars—and awareness—for hunger-relief organizations like Second Chance Foods and Feeding Westchester.
In 2024, Claudia expanded her mission with The WFRoundup, an online publication celebrating local restaurants, food culture, and the people who create it. She now curates sold-out dining events across the county and uses the Westchester Foodies Instagram platform to amplify small businesses at no cost, helping them reach new audiences and thrive.
At the heart of everything Claudia does is connection: supporting families, strengthening local businesses, and nurturing the vibrant food-loving community she built from scratch.
