Yoga relaxes the body and mind, improves musculoskeletal fitness and flexibility. Chair Yoga offers a way to improve your balance, health and general wellbeing. Through an amazing form of adaptive exercises that blend breathing techniques and yoga postures you will leave each class feeling renewed and refreshed.

Nan Mutnick is a certified RYT 200hr Yoga instructor. She holds certifications in Restorative, Prenatal and Chair Yoga.
