Guided by Fiona Jalinoos, this panel brings together three pelvic floor physiotherapists and a high-risk OB/GYN to talk honestly about one of the most consequential — and least discussed — parts of the female body. What's actually happening down there across pregnancy, birth, perimenopause, and beyond. What's preventable. What's treatable. What you should have been told years ago, by someone who actually knew.
