About the Event
The Fall Equinox is a perfect time to receive the bounty of the Earth's natural harvest cycle as well as to relax into the cooler temperatures and lengthening nights of autumn. Marking a day of perfect balance between daylight and nighttime, the Equinox invites us all to find balance and harmony in our lives - to receive the gifts of abundance, while also releasing what no longer serves us.
Join us for this mini-retreat at the historic Wainwright House, overlooking the water of Milton Harbor. You’ll be guided to open to your own path of harmony, balance, and wisdom through several healing modalities:
A Reiki-infused sound bath, releasing stuck energy, bringing balance back into the body, and creating space for well-being
A labyrinth walk, embodying the ability to both receive and release, finding equilibrium in the ups and downs of life
