About the Event
Cultivate calm, compassion, and emotional balance through the timeless practice of Loving-Kindness Meditation.
Join us for a gentle evening introduction to Loving-Kindness Meditation, also known as “Metta” — a Buddhist practice cultivated for thousands of years to support emotional balance, compassion, and inner steadiness.
In a world that often moves quickly and asks much of us, this practice offers a different rhythm — one rooted in presence, openness, and care.
During this 60-minute guided session, participants will experience the practice firsthand while learning simple ways to integrate it into daily life. Together, we’ll explore how Loving-Kindness Meditation can help cultivate equanimity — a sense of grounded calm, balance, and openness, even amidst the stress and uncertainty of everyday life.
Whether you are new to meditation or returning to practice, this session offers space to slow down, reconnect, and leave with a greater sense of spaciousness and ease.
All are welcome.
