About the Event
Join our Wainwright House instructors as they lead classes in QiGong, Sound Bath, Therapeutic Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Meditation. You'll participate in two 45 minute classes and enjoy refreshments and an optional historica tour. A wonderful way to help us reach our goal of $25,000 to pay for flood damage costs.
