About the Event
Join us for a follow-up workshop on attunement to healing emotions, with a focus on equanimity and flow. Spring is the time to plant seeds, and in our emotional lives we can set our intention to observe the healing potential of emotion. The focus of this workshop is honing our ability to bring balance and perspective to the powerful emotions you may feel on and off the cushion. Explore your own sense of flow, and learn to cultivate nonjudgmental awareness of complex experience and emotions in your meditation practice. Develop an understanding of your own pattern of responding to uncertainty and intensity to better navigate your own path with everyday emotions. Appropriate for beginners or advanced practitioners, the purpose of the workshop is to enhance your orientation to the healing power of emotion.
