About the Event
Zentangle is an easy-to-learn, meditative art form. It is a relaxing and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. A regular Zentangle practice increases focus and creativity and provides artistic satisfaction, along with an increased sense of personal well-being. Zentangle can be enjoyed by anyone, regardless of skill, experience, or artistic training. Classes will be suitable for beginner and experienced tanglers alike. Join the instructor, Micah Spratt, in an exploration of this beautiful, artistic, mindfulness practice.

Micah (Morgovsky) Spratt is a cantor, the musical, spiritual leader, at a synagogue in Stamford, CT, but she has a deep connection to the visual arts as well. In addition to singing, she has a strong background in pedagogy and art. Micah is a Certified Zentangle Teacher and has been sharing her love of Zentangle in the classroom for more than three years.
