Kick off the Gingerbread Showcase, presented by Sotto Il Sole, with a festive evening of sweetness, community, and holiday cheer. Step inside Wainwright House to marvel at spectacular gingerbread creations by local professional and amateur bakers — each one a whimsical work of art.
Be part of a sweet moment in Rye history as Mayor Josh Cohn proclaims the Official Cookie of Rye: the Chocolate Rye Cookie, a “cookie with a cause” created by Culinary Instructor Melanie Underwood of Nourish & Gather. This special cookie supports pediatric cancer research through Cookies for Kids’ Cancer, turning every bite into something truly meaningful.
Enjoy complimentary samples of the Official Cookie of Rye, along with hot cocoa and seasonal refreshments, while cheerful holiday music fills the house and the magic of the season comes alive.
