About the Event
This 6-week yoga and mindfulness meditation workshop is geared to students grades k-2.
Through games, art activities and exercises, your child will learn tools and techniques to:
- Reduce stress
- Increase focus and deep concentration
- Develop skills to cope with frustration
- Increase one's ability to feel compassion, empathy and gratitude
- Reflect on their own thoughts and actions and to make better choices.
This 6-week series will be taught by Jennifer Monness, founder of The Meditation Lab. The event is postponed for now.
This series will be taught inside the Wainwright House. COVID-19 guidelines will be followed.
