About the Event
A half-day event showcasing Wainwright House as the “go to” venue for corporate events and wellness programs.
Featuring mini-workshops where participants will learn to enhance focus and creativity through simple mindfulness techniques and take a deeper look at their workplace’s culture in order to be responsive leaders. Breakout sessions included chair yoga, Qi Gong, Tai Chi and Mindful Parenting for Working Parents.
