About the Event

Do you struggle with your memory from time to time? Are you concerned about Alzheimer’s disease or cognitive decline as you age?

Join us for an engaging and informative evening exploring the underlying causes of memory loss, current research and testing, and—most importantly—the steps you can take now to support brain health and stay sharp for life. Board-certified Health and Wellness Coaches Lisa Feiner and Nancy Weiser will share practical, science-backed strategies for maintaining cognitive health over the long term. This interactive presentation will include opportunities for questions and discussion.

Lisa Feiner is the founder of the Westchester-based nonprofit Sharp Again and the co-editor (with Steve Ledvina) of the book Minding Your Memory: What You Can Do Now to Prevent Dementia and Stay Sharp for Life, which will be available for purchase at the event.
