Through the gentle vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, and other sound healing instruments, Holly will guide you into a meditative state that promotes relaxation, clarity, and balance. This immersive experience is a perfect way to set a peaceful tone for the day ahead, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else that makes you comfortable while you unwind in the serene ambiance of Wainwright House. No prior experience is necessary, just come as you are and allow the sound to wash over you.
