About the Event
Join Gary ( Sound therapist) and Truike ( E-RYT 200) for a restorative Hatha Yoga & Immersive Sound Bath workshop, featuring Crystal, Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gongs and much more.
The first part of the workshop will begin with movement and pranayama, followed by a slower Hatha Yoga practice where poses will be held for longer periods of time. We’ll then move into an Immersive Sound Bath. Immersive Sound Baths are deeply-immersive, full-body listening experiences that intentionally use sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body. (Feel free to bring blankets, pillows)
Followed by a refreshing lemon tea.
You will leave feeling completely relaxed and uplifted and with a renewed sense of well-being.
