Come and experience a unique combination of  Restorative Yoga & Reiki. Breathe and let go into cushions and props that are positioned to support the body in releasing  tension and stress.  As you relax, you’ll be offered Reiki, a gentle, hands-on technique  that channels life force energy through the subtle body to promote deep relaxation, balance and well-being. This practice encourages  the nervous system to quiet and allows for healing on a physical and emotional level.  Essential oils will be used to enhance the practice.Â

About the Instructor:Â
Jody Raso, is a Social Worker, Reiki Master and Certified Yoga Instructor. Â She created this class after completing Restorative Yoga Teacher Training in 2011. Â The combination of both the healing practices of Restorative Yoga and Reiki allows the body and mind to quiet encouraging balance in the nervous system. Â This workshop is a culmination of Jody's 20 years experience in the healing arts and true reflection of her beliefs as a therapist, yoga instructor and Reiki Master. Â Â www.JodyRaso.com
