Restorative Yoga , Reiki & Essential Oils 

Relax. Receive.Restore 

Come and experience a unique combination of  Restorative Yoga & Reiki. Breathe and let go into cushions and props that are positioned to support the body in releasing  tension and stress.  As you relax, you’ll be offered Reiki, a gentle, hands-on technique  that channels life force energy through the subtle body to promote deep relaxation, balance and well-being. This practice encourages  the nervous system to quiet and allows for healing on a physical and emotional level.  Essential oils will be used to enhance the practice.

About the Instructor: 

Jody Raso, is a Social Worker, Reiki Master and Certified Yoga Instructor.  She created this class after completing Restorative Yoga Teacher Training in 2011.  The combination of both the healing practices of Restorative Yoga and Reiki allows the body and mind to quiet encouraging balance in the nervous system.  This workshop is a culmination of Jody's 20 years experience in the healing arts and true reflection of her beliefs as a therapist, yoga instructor and Reiki Master.   www.JodyRaso.com
