About the Event
This intimate Earth Day gathering brings together plants, movement, art, and mindful practices to honor our interconnection with the natural world, and with one another.
Guided by facilitators Katy Romita and Ella Crandall, participants are invited into an immersive experience rooted in care, creativity, and presence. As we tend to ourselves and the world around us, we’ll explore how—like plants—we exist within a web of life: shaped, supported, and sustained by the environments we inhabit.
The afternoon begins in a welcoming opening circle, setting intentions and reflecting on why celebrating Earth Day together matters. Through horticulture therapy and hands-on sensory engagement with houseplants, participants will experience the grounding and empowering act of growing and nurturing life.
Gentle outdoor movement and meaningful time in nature follow, offering space to loosen the body, calm the mind, and reconnect with natural rhythms—helping us feel rooted and present within the world around us.
