About the Event
Art-making and yoga will support and highlight Dr. Brené Brown's theories and self-compassion practices. We will focus on developing resilience skills and practices to help us show up with more courage, compassion, and connection in our lives.
In this innovative workshop we will create, explore, move and meditate. Through art making and yoga we will travel to our hearts through our hands and bodies as the vehicle for understanding and expressing our authenticity. We will utilize the highly experiential methodology of the Daring Way ™ based on the research of Dr. Brene´ Brown, focusing on developing resilience skills and practices that help us show up with more courage, compassion and connection in our lives. Throughout this one-day workshop we will use gentle and restorative yoga, art making and meditation to integrate our increased self-awareness and assimilate the experience. (No yoga or art making experience necessary).
