Our shadow is any aspect of our humanity that we have disowned, suppressed or hidden.  We project our shadow onto others in the form of blame, judgment, admiration, awe, envy...etc.  Shadow work creates wholeness through exploring our hidden aspects, integrating its wisdom, and reclaiming our power.
