Friends, I would like to invite you to 2 “POP UP”  relaxing and restorative Thursday Night Sound Bath Meditations.   Each week we will start with focused breathing and then lay down for a 50 minute Sound Bath.  The session will end with a Chakra Clearing Bija Mantra and then there will be time for a Q & A.  We will focus on the vibrational frequencies of  a different Chakra each week.   We will experiment with the clinically tested Sound Formula, Sound + Intention = Healing.

Sound Baths are a combination of restorative yoga, meditation and a sacred sound concert.
