About the Event
Join us for an unforgettable evening of live classical music under the tent at Wainwright House. Set against the backdrop of the Long Island Sound, this seated concert features the acclaimed Sound Shore Quartet performing a thoughtfully curated program of works by Moeran, Skoryk, and Beethoven.
This year marks 25 years since September 11, 2001. In remembrance of this significant anniversary, we gather through music, creating space to honor the lives lost, reflect on all that has endured, and recognize the profound strength found in community and our shared humanity.
Against the quiet beauty of the Sound, we invite you to experience an evening that is both reflective and uplifting: a reminder of music’s extraordinary ability to hold memory, bring us together, and offer hope.
We’re grateful to our event partners, Antonio’s Italian Deli & Market and Vaccaro’s Wines & Spirits, for generously providing light bites and wine to complement…
