Friends, I would like to invite you to our 2nd Relaxing Sunday Morning Sound Bath Meditation @ Wainwright House.
This Sound Bath Meditation is for Adults and their 10th grade and above children (16 years old and above).
I would like to make this a "Please wear your Mask util you lay down event." Just to be extra safe with the different age groups. I will set the room up so that everyone has lots of space.
Sound Bath Meditations are a combination of restorative yoga, meditation and a sacred sound concert. They have been shown to reduce stress, enable deep relaxation, enhance creativity, uplift the spirit and help with insomnia. Sound Meditations slow down your brainwaves and guide you into a deep meditative state or altered state of consciousness. Participants lay down comfortably and then are “immersed” in…
