About the Event
Tai Chi is a form of Chinese exercise that consists of relaxed, gentle and fluid movements. This course teaches the Yang-style short form, and can be practiced almost anywhere, by anyone, and is beneficial to people of all ages and fitness levels.
Level: Basic Friendly, Open to All, Senior Friendly
Stu Reis has studied Tai Chi Chuan for more than 15 years and continues his training in New York City with Grand Master William C.C. Chen, a senior disciple of the late Great-Grandmaster Professor Cheng Man-Ching. He is also certified by the American Red Cross in Adult First Aid and CPR/AED.
